Shipping & Guarantee Information

SHIPPING, HANDLING, DELIVERY

Your order will be processed and shipped within 24-72 hours. Once an order has been
shipped it can not be cancelled. Most items are shipped via (UPS)
United Parcel Service or (USPS) US Postal Service.

Please allow at least 7- 14 business days for shipment of in-stock items.
If an item is not available for immediate shipping, you will be 
notified by e-mail with the estimated ship date.

MAIL ORDERS
As a convenience to our customers who don't want to pay with a credit card, we accept
payment by money order or check. If you should decide to pay by money order or check,
a printable order form is available at the link below and on the Home Page of all of our stores.
Your order will ship as soon as we receive your order form and money order or, in the case
of a personal check, as soon as your check clears our bank.

within 48 hours and track your inquiry from start to finish.

RETURN POLICY
Your packing slip will indicate where returns can be sent.

If you need to return an item, contact us and include the reason for the return,
your name, phone number, the item you wish to return, and a valid e-mail address.

Once we receive the returned item in it's original condition, your account will be credited.
All returns must be in the original packaging, and be accompanied by the packing slip.
If you paid by check or money order, a check will mailed to you within 3 business days.
A 15% re-stocking charge may be assessed for any returned merchandise
due to over-stock or customer ordering error.

DAMAGED ITEMS
Every product must be free of damage or manufacturer's defects or you may return
it within 45 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund.
We will contact our distributor,
and if the damaged item and packaging need to be inspected, we will contact you. Once
the damage claim has been accepted, we will reimburse your credit card account for the
full purchase price, including shipping. If you paid by check or money order,
we will mail you a check within 3 business days.
